Everyone knows
golf is a mental game. But few golfers spend time learning how
to better use their mind. I have helped many golfers in
Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including serious
players with low handicaps, learn how to hyperfocus on their golf
game through hypnosis and self-hypnosis training and improve
their score and enjoyment of the game.
Through
one-on-one sessions we will identify your individual barriers to a
better golf game and correct them though hypnosis. Issues that are
typically addressed include negative projections, tension, mentally
carrying the last hole onto the next, leaving personal
problems off the course and issues. Easy session is unique to the
individual golfer. And results are typically seen beginning with the
first session. You will also be given an audiotape of your
hypnosis session for mental practice. Here is a
reaction to golf hypnotherapy from a recent client:
Dear
John,
I know
some people will think I am silly to take a game so seriously, but I am
delighted at the improvement not only in my
golf score but in my enjoyment of the sport. I now
not only find golf a great physical exercise, but a mental tune-up as well.
Thanks again!

Dear John,
The
session had a tremendous impact on my golf game. I listened to the
CD the night I returned home and again in the morning before I
played.
I was able
to control my nerves on the tee box and knocked 10 strokes off my
game. That's huge! The phrase "Relax and Focus" as a trigger really
worked. Thanks John.
