Weight Loss Success Story
It is embarrassing to say but I have lost 44 lbs since August 15, 2010. Well, it was more embarrassing when I was an overweight hypnotist. The shoemaker without shoes.
I will tell you my weight loss saga when we meet at my Warwick hypnosis center or the Tree of Life Wellness Center in Seekonk, MA. But here are some visuals that go with it.
THEN (August, 2010)
That was my daughter and I last summer. She (on right) was 8 months pregnant. I (on left) was....well...fat.
See what I mean about embarrassing? Now today, it is a different story.
NOW
Here I am today on vacation in Spain. 44 lbs lighter. What you can't see is my lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and improved energy.
And, honestly, losing weight my way is easy. Easy and sustainable. You can do it too. I promise you.
