On average, less than 7% of smokers who try to stop smoking on their own succeed as measured by being nicotine free a year later.  This means 93% of stop cessation attempts fail (source: American Journal of Preventive Medicine). How to Start Stopping Cigarette Smoking
with my Easy Two Session Hypnosis Program

My program works partially because it is gradual. You will not be expected to stop at the first session. But you will stop at the second. Easily and permanently. Here is how it works:

Session One -  You will learn what hypnosis is and isn't. You will have your questions/concerns about hypnosis answered and develop an understanding of how hypnosis brings about positive changes effortlessly. We will set your quit smoking date and develop a hypnotic treatment plan to make it successful and as easy as possible.

You will also be hypnotized to make yourself more ready to make the change. This way when you come to the second session you are virtually 100% ready to make the change. You will receive an audio recording of this session to play daily between the first and the second sessions. By the way, clients typically cut down their smoking by 40% between the first and second sessions without even trying.

Session Two - You will be guided into a hypnotic trance in which you will become a non-smoker. Hypnosis will also create a strong aversion to the taste, smell and sight of cigarettes. It will boost your motivation and help sustain your willpower.  It can help you quit and stay quit! You will also be supported by hypnotic suggestions regarding your particular smoking issues such as fear of weight gain, trigger situations and other aspects of your personal pattern and plan. You receive an audiotape of this session that you can use for reinforcement should the desire ever return.

Success Rates Based on Willpower Alone

 No one can guarantee you will stop smoking after one session. But here are some results that were statistically generated about in a controlled study. It shows single session hypnosis increased a smoker's success chance by close to 1000% from 6% to 60%. My two session program does even better.

These results are based on a study of my clients after five years. 50% never smoked again after meeting with me at our second session.. 35% quit for anywhere from six months to several years but went back to cigarettes for one reason or another. I believe my results today are even better. No one can promise 100% success, regardless of what they might say. But I target 100% success with each client I see.
